Can RogueUX build an AI agent that works inside Slack and HubSpot?
Yes. RogueUX builds AI agents that sit inside the tools a team already uses and are connected to the systems that hold the work. One example is a Slack agent that picks up a HubSpot ticket, finds the answer and resolves it. The goal is to put AI to work inside an organisation's own operations rather than alongside them.
Does RogueUX do user research before designing?
Yes, and it shapes what gets built. For the Endangered Languages Project, RogueUX ran a survey followed by 5 stakeholder interviews and 6 user interviews before any interface was designed. On About My Sound, session recordings in Microsoft Clarity combined with interviews of musicians who had abandoned setup led to an onboarding rebuild that raised completion from roughly 20% to 60%.
What platforms does RogueUX build on?
RogueUX picks the platform based on who will run the product after launch. About My Sound, a subscription product, runs on Webflow, Cloudflare Pages and Workers, Xano for the backend and API, and Stripe for billing. The Endangered Languages Project and the West Kootenay Local Immigration Partnership were built on WordPress so that their own teams could manage the content.
Can our team update the website ourselves after launch?
Yes, when that is what the organisation needs. The Endangered Languages Project platform was built in WordPress using Gutenberg blocks, so the ELP team can update content and page structure visually without relying on developers for everyday changes. The West Kootenay Local Immigration Partnership got a custom WordPress theme it manages internally.
Do we own the code RogueUX builds?
Yes. RogueUX delivers a working deployment, not a prototype, and the source code lives in the client's own repository. You own the product and the code, and you can keep building on it with RogueUX, with your own team, or with anyone else.
